During my recent visit to Monaco for the Formula 1 Grand Prix, I was captivated by how effortlessly women flaunted short skirts, stylish swimsuits, and chic, revealing outfits with unwavering confidence.
While many women, including myself, were visiting Monaco, it’s clear that the city places a significant emphasis on high-end wellness and beauty treatments.
In Monaco, the trend of cellulite reduction has become increasingly popular among the elite, reflecting a broader shift toward investing in advanced beauty treatments.
The city’s affluent residents are not just seeking luxury but also prioritizing their appearance with state-of-the-art solutions. From personalized consultations to cutting-edge technologies, Monaco’s top clinics are at the forefront of this trend, offering treatments that cater to the high standards and discerning tastes of their clientele.
As a result, cellulite reduction has evolved from a niche concern to a mainstream luxury, embodying the Monaco lifestyle of both opulence and meticulous self-care.
Amidst the excitement of being shuttled between our hotel and yacht to watch the Formula 1 race, and exploring nights on the town savoring extravagant Michelin Star dinners, I still found time to explore top clinics in Monaco.
If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I’m lucky enough to jet-set around the globe. And while I’m soaking up the sights in exotic locales, I never miss a chance to investigate how the local women tackle their cellulite—because even in paradise, cellulite doesn’t take a vacation!
I’m thrilled to share my discoveries with you! Today, we’re diving into Margy’s Monte Carlo, which stands out for offering unique treatments not commonly found or discussed in the US.

Margy’s Monte Carlo products feature revolutionary ingredients made in Margie’s exclusive laboratory in the heart of the Swiss mountains. One of the treatments offered in her clinic in Monaco is an anti-cellulite body wrap that activly stimulates blood circulation, eliminates swelling (which is great after a long flight), and according to the description on her website, makes the body elastic, flexible and lightweight.
The procedure helps reduce cellulite and remove toxins, while also improving muscle and skin tone. Anti-cellulite wraps are highly effective in cellulite reduction programs, especially when used alongside Exilis treatment.
What is the Exilis treatment? Glad you asked……
Elixis
A monopolar radiofrequency device offering a non-invasive treatment of skin conditions such as skin laxity and excessive fat. This is the solution for everybody from head to toe with no skin type restrictions. The manufacturer of the device is a Medical technology manufacturer in Germany, called Cymedics
Elixis is a body contouring device that uses a combination of technologies, including high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) energy and radiofrequency. It is known for its ability to target muscle and fat simultaneously. Volumetric Heating disrupts old collagen fibers and initiates the process of new collagen formation.
HIFEM technology stimulates muscle contractions, similar to intense physical exercise, while radiofrequency helps with skin tightening and fat reduction. Fat cells are disrupted and removed via the process of apoptosis. This leads to visible improvement in skin tightening and fat reduction.
Mechanism
Elixis aims to enhance muscle tone, reduce fat, and improve overall body contour. It is especially effective for targeting excess fat or skin in stubborn areas.
Improves Skin laxity caused by loss of connective tissue due to natural aging process & storage of excess fat. The treatment provides deep tissue and skin improvement, with its efficacy and safety supported by extensive scientific research.

According to their website, this device not only addresses cellulite and swelling but also helps with issues related to insufficient physical activity. The lymphatic drainage massage is achieved through compressed air delivered via a network of special tubes in the suit. I’ve personally experienced a series of these treatments in the US, where I believe the suit is commonly known as a Lymphatic Drainage Compression Suit
The treatment promotes relaxation and alleviates swelling and pain, which I can confirm from my own experience—I found it so soothing that I fell asleep during each session. If I had to choose between a traditional Swedish massage and the lymphatic drainage suit massage, I’d definitely opt for the lymphatic drainage.
The Slimming & Remodeling Massage
Another treatment offered at the spa is a safe and highly effective method for reducing cellulite, contouring the body, and targeting localized fat deposits. This massage activates the body’s processes to accelerate metabolism, remove toxins, eliminate excess fluid, and promote intensive skin cell regeneration. With a consistent treatment program, you can expect to see:
- A reduction or complete elimination of cellulite manifestations
- Decreased volume of localized fat deposits in specific areas

Sea peel
