What We Did and Why It Works
I went all in for this one—and let me just say, it was worth every frozen second. 
Here’s what my session included:
1. Thermal Mapping
Danielle started by applying a thermal paper to identify heat zones and fat distribution across my lower body. This helped her precisely target the areas where cellulite likes to hang out (rude).
2. Circulation-Boosting Hot Cream
Next came warm towels and Danielle’s Smooth It Hot Cream—a rich, heat-activating formula designed to stimulate circulation and prep the skin.
3.Smooth It Roller Treatment
This part? Totally addictive. Using her custom stainless steel body roller with alternating cups and nubs, Danielle worked from my knees to my waist, encouraging lymphatic flow and breaking up fascia tension. It felt like an intense massage…without the pain.
4. Localized Cryo Fat Freezing
After the warm-up, it was time to freeze. Spot-targeted cryotherapy was used on the areas mapped earlier to help reduce puffiness and smooth the skin by triggering fat cell breakdown (apoptosis, if we’re being technical!).
5. Full-Body Cryo Chamber
We wrapped it all up with a 3-minute full-body cryo session. Yes, it’s cold—but it’s also energizing, circulation-boosting, and an incredible way to seal in the results. You leave feeling like a popsicle goddess.
